Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

Cancellation Window

  • Timeframe: You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before our daily processing cut-off time at 5:00 PM (PST), whichever comes first.

  • How to Request: To cancel an order, email us immediately at support@homesteadstitch.com or call +1 (859) 628-9133 with the subject line:

    URGENT: Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number].

  • Refund for Approved Cancellations: If your cancellation request is received and confirmed before processing begins, you will receive a full 100% refund credited back to your original payment method within 3 - 5 business days.

Order Modifications

If you need to make changes to your order (such as correcting your shipping address, updating item sizing, or adjusting quantities):

  • Prior to Processing: Contact us as soon as possible within the 12-hour window. If your order has not entered processing, we will gladly update your information or adjust your order.

  • Address Corrections: HomesteadStitch is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

Orders in Processing or Already Shipped

  • Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage (orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days) or has been dispatched to our carrier, it cannot be canceled or modified.

  • If your order has already shipped, please wait for the package to arrive. Once delivered, you may initiate a return under our standard 30-Day Return Policy.

  • Reminder: Items must be unused, in original condition, and customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Cancellations Initiated by HomesteadStitch

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • The item is out of stock or discontinued.

  • The transaction is flagged by our payment security/fraud detection system.

  • Billing and shipping discrepancies that cannot be verified.

If we must cancel your order, you will be notified via email and issued a prompt full refund.
